Happy Halloween
Halloween is that time of the year to have fun with your family and your friends, and sometimes those friends are the furry kind. Our two pups were the lucky ones and they got to dress up with the kids. I'm not sure if they were as pleased as the kids, but they looked precious. I wasn't sure what to do with the little one since he was a bit too small for the costume he got, but instead, when Rolly climbed into the plastic pumpkin and peeked out of the top, we all decided that he had to be the little treat in the pumpkin.

Far From Home
When we are just children, we all have the big dream of growing up and having fun, because that is all we know. It's all about having fun and never sleeping. Get into trouble maybe, get grounded, get told you can't go out with your friends, you have chores to do, you have family events to attend, you are told what to do by your parents and by your older siblings until that magical age you get to move out on your own, be your own person. That's exciting, isn't it? It's a huge deal when you finally leave the nest and you are responsible for only you now. What a huge step in life that we all have had to take. Find our way, find our meaning, find our purpose for living. And don't forget, not having to go to bed when you're told, you get to stay up, you get to make a mess and leave it till the next day. You get to toss your laundry over any chair in your home and leave it without someone screaming at you to clean up your mess.

The Old Farm
Going out to the old farm where my grandparents live was the best treat ever. Especially when it was time to pick the fruit from their bountiful orchard of fruit trees. There were pear trees and plum trees, and apple trees, peach trees, and apricot trees. You could smell the ripeness from the fruit all the way from the road before even entering the farm. The sweet smell of ripe fruit is what I will always remember throughout my life.

Family Values
Memories are the best things that we have when others we had in our lives are no longer around. It's an amazing gift from God I think. My best memories are with my grandfather. They start back in 1980 when I was only five years old. That's when I learned how to ice fish. He would tell me all the time, "Early birds catch the worm, and the fish are biting today, I feel it in my bones."

Golden Summer
Last summer, I had moved into my first home, and there was nothing for flowers in the front of the home. I had to add some color and make things feel more homely. I had gone to the greenhouse and bought many beautiful flowers ranging from Morning Glories, Daylilies, and Snap Dragons. Since I never had a flowerbed before, I thought I would buy flowers that beginners can grow and not have to worry about killing them.

In
The day that changed my life was my birthday, and when a stranger gave me a birthday gift. The surprise; I was handed this brown paper box with a beautiful, brownish ribbon wrapped around it. The only thing that the stranger said to me when he handed me the gift box was, "Nobody else but you can look inside," and then walked away from me. Who gives someone they don't know a gift, but knows that it was my birthday too? Someone who obviously must know you or know of you because they have been watching you.

Bad Baby
My husband and I are expecting our first child, and we have tried for many years since we got married five years ago. It was hard for us due to my husband being in the military and being a school teacher. We didn't see each other after my husband departed and left for Germany a couple of weeks after our marriage. He came back two years later, and I was more than ready by then to have a child.

Ultimate Sexual Pleasure
We all have fantasies and needs, it's a natural human instinct for us to want to have enjoyable sex. The whole idea of sex is to feel the ultimate pleasure while doing it. How to achieve that goal is totally up to you. Either through masturbation or with someone else, the end goal is what counts.

The Secrets it Holds
Late in the summer, my folks had sold the old farm and moved into town finally. They were too old already to be out there all alone, anything could happen; nothing that either of us kids could get to fast enough that is. It had to be done and they knew it too. They were married for 70 years and that farm has been in the family for centuries. That old barn has been rebuilt three times now. What is really odd about that too, was that the guys that came to rebuild the barn were all related; the same last names for all three rebuilds. Maybe not, maybe I'm just overthinking everything.
