IF YOU’RE BORED AT HOME READ THIS!
1. WRITE DOWN YOUR FEELINGS Any time can be a challenging time for many of us. There isn’t always an opportunity to express how we feel to others and even if there is, would you feel comfortable enough to be one hundred percent honest and really go in depth to why you feel the way you do? If you have that person in your life, you’re a lucky one but I for one, don't. We all live different lives and have things that keep us either occupied or distracted. So much so, that we forget to acknowledge others’ emotions and well beings. In instances like this it’s always beneficial to take the time to write down how you feel whether you want to do this on a daily basis or a weekly basis is up to you, but it’s a good practice to do in general and rather therapeutic. It’s always good to be transparent with yourself instead keeping it all bundled up inside. Know that it is okay to feel scared, upset, depressed or angry; we've all felt emotions like that before. Address your feelings and embrace them in their entirety so that you can actively take steps towards feeling better.

5 Films You SHOULD Watch During Quarantine!!!
1. American Honey This film is beautifully insightful. It’s so relatable to the point of it giving you that type of nostalgia that you never particularly had growing up. This Drama is about a young girl trying to find her sense of belonging in this complicated world. She experiences the tribulations of a relationship, close bonds to strangers from all walks of life while appreciating the summer vibes and the chilled nights. What makes it extra special, is that the majority of the cast were just picked randomly from streets, beaches and construction sites. A lot of them didn’t have any prior acting experience so as you can imagine, there's a lot of improvisation. I guess that’s what makes the film feel even more “real.” The only well known actors would include Shia LaBeouf who puts on an incredible performance and Danielle Riley Keough who does a great deal of playing quite the… cow to put it nicely. I know that the majority of us are under self-isolation right now, but what better way to motivate you to start planning meaningful, fun packed trips once the dust has settled?! This film will prompt you to do just that!

CALLING ALL HORROR AND THRILLER FANATICS!
Goodnight Mommy If you’re in for a scare, I suggest you watch this psychological thriller! It’s so mind warping, that by the time you get to the end of the film, you’ll question your own existence! The story is about twin boys who have a very close relationship to one another and virtually do everything together, who welcome their mother home after having reconstructive surgery. She’s still in the healing process of her surgery so her face is completely covered in head-dressing. Due to her changed demeanor and distant relationship to the boys, the twins start to suspect that the person under the bandages, isn’t their mother. This is a German film so if you don’t speak German, don’t worry; just pop on the subtitles. I usually hate having to read subtitles when it comes to me watching films as I put more focus on reading the dialogue than I do watching the film but this one is different. The scenographic elements, the plot in itself and the actors are so intriguing, that your eyes won't ever leave the screen throughout the whole film. It’s very “visual” in terms of storytelling. You don’t have to read the dialogue tirelessly. You can follow the story by the visuals alone and not many films have the skill to tell a story this way. I haven’t seen a foreign film quite like it. It ties in family bonds, aesthetically pleasing themes with a dark story mixed in with a dollop of thriller. It’s definitely one to watch!

Assumptions That Extroverts Have On Introverts
To you, you’d think that this whole quarantine situation is a walk in the park for us. We’ve always been quarantining! But that’s not the case. We miss the fresh air just as much as you do. Doing things we thoroughly enjoy outside is rewarding to us and very therapeutic but we also like to take the time to do indoors as much as outdoors and that's where you and I differ. I can stay inside and have just as much fun as I would outside or you, it’s reverse and that’s okay.

I’m a 22-Year-Old Virgin?!
Male 2: Mr Immaculate Before I met Mr. D, I met Mr. Immaculate. That was actually how I talked to Mr. D initially. He almost played cupid with us two. You’re probably wondering, “Why the name?” Well, Mr. Immaculate was well and truly one of the most tidiest people I knew, it was so weird. A lot of the boys in uni were messy and only cared about going out, having sex with girls and smoking weed. There was no time for tidying but Mr. Immaculate managed to to do all those things I mentioned above, plus, find the time to tidy his room absolutely spotless. He was so clean all around, from his spotless room, all the way down to his appearance, well and truly immaculate. He was classed as the “rich boy” in university because he wasn’t from London in fact the was from Cambridge which was close to where I lived and he had a nice car and worked in a job that paid him well on top of studying business at university. He wasn’t your typical “rich boy” though, he didn’t exactly speak posh, he was just well spoken and he absolutely loved to smoke weed in his pass time. He was very entertaining as well, always up for a drink and always wanted to have fun.
