As another single mother that has resorted to stripping in order to care for her daughter, Demi Moore plays the seductive Erin Grant in the thriller, Striptease. After losing custody of her child to a deadbeat ex-husband, she takes a job at The Eager Beaver, a Miami strip club, to earn enough money for an appeal. During her time at the club she unwittingly gets caught up in fetishes, fantasies and even felonies through interactions with various patrons. They include an ambitious bouncer, the sleazy club owner, a United States Congress man and other undesirables that find themselves watching Moore bare it all.

Well known adult entertainment star Jenna Jameson bares it all in this zombie comedy set in a near future dystopia world. Zombie Strippers focuses on a new stripper, Jessy (Jennifer Holland) who has just started in an underground strip club, Rhino. Despite the excess amounts of gore and bad acting, the film proves to be a hilarious good time. Jenna Jameson said she was comfortable for this role because she had trained in dance for fifteen years and had worked as a stripper before turning to porn. While she is retired from the porn industry, fans have plenty of videos to choose from in order to enjoy this sexy zombie stripper.

Jessica Biel as Rose Johnny in Powder Blue

Although the 2008 Indie drama Powder Blue had a limited release in the United States, the film proved to be memorable due to the unexpected amount of nudity. Jessica Biel plays a sexy single mother, Rose Johnny, who has resorted to stripping in a desperate attempt to earn money to care for her dying son. Through an eclectic array of events on Christmas Eve night, the lives of several strangers and their stories of loss and redemption are brought together into one seamless rotation circling in and out of Biel’s own story. According to an interview with Jessica Biel, she was dedicated into sculpting herself into becoming a convincing stripper by working around the clock to be trained in the seductive art of the forbidden dance.

Natalie Portman as Alice Ayres in Closer

Closer is a modern day film noir featuring Natalie Portman, Clive Owens, Jude Law, and Julia Roberts. Portman stars as Alice, a young American stripper who has just relocated to London, and falls in 'love at first sight' with Dan (Jude Law). The film chronicles the rising and falling of relationships and how they cause us to interact with others. Portman is in several erotic scenes through out the film, one especially sexual one with Larry (Clive Owen) in the strip club were she works. Portman's portrayal of Alice, while sexy, offers a deeper perspective on the women behind the pole, so to speak.

Cool World, released in 1992, was an American live-action/animated fantasy film starring Kim Basinger as a femme fatale nymphomaniac comic strip character, Holli Would. As the cartoonist responsible for the creation of Cool World, Jack Deebs (Gabriel Byrne), finds himself in the animated world that he created. He is seduced by his own creation, Holli Would, who wants to be made into a real person. The movie plot follows these characters as they desperately try to destroy the “spike of power” that could demolish both the real world and Cool World.

Lindsay Lohan as Dakota Moss in I Know Who Killed Me

In the horror-thriller I Know Who Killed Me a quiet suburb is being terrorized by a sadistic serial killer. When Aubrey Fleming (Lindsay Lohan) goes missing, police determine that she has been the latest victim of the killer. After weeks of searching, a driver discovers a critically injured woman who is mistaken to be Aubrey but claims to be a stripper named Dakota Moss (Lohan). It turns out the two are stigmatic twins, with a psychic connection that lets them share pain, communicate, and even share experiences. Through an investigation, Dakota discovers the true identity of the killer and reconnects with her long lost twin, Aubrey.

Rose McGowan as Cherry Darling in Planet Terror

Horror and science fiction mixed together to create Planet Terror, wheregroup of people in rural Texas attempt to survive a zombie-like apocalypse. This apocalypse begins when a group of officials at a nearby US military base are trying to make a business transaction with a chemical engineer over mass quantities of a deadly biochemical agent. When deal goes array, the gas is released into the air and turns most people in deformed and bloodthirsty psychopaths. One survivor, go-go dancer, Cherry Darling (Rose McGowan), is ambushed during her attempt to escape and loses her leg in the process. While she is able to survive, she is left with a wooden table leg as an artificial leg that proves useful in her nonstop attempts to stay alive.

Comedy showcases its sexy side in We’re the Millers when Jenifer Aniston stars as a sexy stripper, Rose. Getting into stripper-shape for her role in We’re the Millers required some strict eating habits, Jennifer Aniston admitted in an interview with Huffington Post “I did eat that day. I was on a very like, you know, greens and vegetables and lean proteins and kale diet.” In regards to her keeping her private parts private, Aniston made sure her undergarments were secure, “There was no taping. I really just doubled my bras. I had a thong and then two pairs of underwear. Why I thought that was going to help protect anything is beyond me. Because, that’s just like ridiculous. … I was like, ‘No, I need three bras! I need three bras because God forbid that one, if it’s gonna escape!’”

Elizabeth Berkley as Nomi Malone in Showgirls 

Showgirls was released in 1995 as a drama film, and starred former teen star Elizabeth Berkley. Berkley plays a street-smart drifter, Nomi, who makes it to Las Vegas and goes from stripper to showgirl. While the film may have delighted the Berkley fans, the reviews were scathing and it almost ruined her career. “But I am a survivor and I continued to act in films and even when to perform on Broadway” stated Berkley. She’s also found a new passion: reaching out to teenage girls to help them navigate the tumultuous waters of coming of age. With her website, Ask Elizabeth, workshops around the country, and now, a new book, also called Ask Elizabeth, Berkley is reaching out to share her experiences in hopes of offering girls some advice from an honorary big sister who’s been through tough times before.

Penélope Cruz as Gloria in Chromophobia

Chromophobia explores several people and their relationships. While this movie is not well known to most, Penelope Cruz fans enjoyed her lap dance scene in the club. During this scene she performs a private dance for an older man. With her ability to dance seductively as a down and out stripper while still maintaining her award winning smile, Cruz proved that she was made for this part.

Olivia Wilde as Brooke in Butter  

Released in 2011, the star studded comedy Butter takes place in Iowa as a satire of the 2008 Democratic presidential primary. Butter sculpting proves to be the source of problem for many of the characters and leads them all to have small town adventures all in the name of butter sculpting. The most prominent adventure cumulates into the scene where former butter sculptor, Bob (Ty Burrell), goes to a strip club and solicits stripper Brooke (Olivia Wilde) for sex in his minivan. However, Wilde fans have expressed favoritism in her scene where she shares a passionate kiss with co-star Ashley Greene.

Speaking at a press conference for the film in New York, Olivia jokingly gave some advice to her fellow actors: "Take risks, and take your clothes off — even if they don’t ask. Leave your comfort zone. My character was made to strip and I already had that big tramp stamp tattoo, so it worked out."

Salma Hayek as Santanico Pandemonium in From Dusk Till Dawn 

From Dusk till Dawn is a 1996 American action black comedy horror thriller film directed by Robert Rodriguez and written by Quentin Tarantino. The plot focuses on the aftermath of a bank heist, where brothers Richie (Tarantino) and Seth Gecko (George Clooney) plan to head to Mexico to evade arrest. Salma Hayek stars as the club’s star performer, Santánico Pandemónium, who is a seductive vampire that had her shining moment as she danced with a snake.

In an interview with IGN, Hayek stated she was apprehensive, “I had to put on a bikini and dance with a snake that’s 11 feet long and make it organic. I went to the extent that I created a relationship with this snake. I mean in my mind it had to have a meaning so that I could go into a trance. I had to go to hypnosis. It was months of preparation for that one dance. And to me it wasn’t a dance, it was a ritual. I investigated snakes and I found that in some cultures it means your inner power. So that was a dance with my inner powers. I was not just dancing; it had a meaning to it. So that was really, really challenging.”

Channing Tatum as Mike in Magic Mike

Come on, we couldn't leave this one out on a list of sexiest strippers! Channing Tatum may be the sexiest male stripper known to man. The film Magic Mike chronicles the ups and downs of gaining success in the male exotic dancer industry. Tatum himself was a real-life male stripper before his rise to fame as an actor, and used his own life for inspiration for the film. It might not include Academy Award winner acting or story telling, but it does feature a tone of hot dudes shirtless.
