Male Sexual Performance and Smoking

Literally a Man's Anti-Viagra!

Every guy — of course — should be (and generally is) concerned about male sexual performance, namely their own. Now, I admit that I haven't been able to get myself to quit smoking either, but I wanted to write this to inform other men and women. The effects that smoking has on the body is literally the opposite of what Viagra does to the male body. The physical and chemical changes Viagra uses to get the hard-on result is the opposite of the physical and chemical changes that smoking does to the body. In visual terms:

Now, I'm not saying that if you quit smoking or never smoke that you will never develop issues in your sexual health and performance. Afraid that isn't a sure thing either. I also am not saying that smoking will stop you from getting a hard-on at all; however, if you smoke... they are not getting as full as they could and should be, even if you don't realize it. Cigarettes and similar tobacco products all contain carbon monoxide; which takes oxygen out of the human body; literally eats it and deprives your body from getting it. The same reason smokers usually breathe heavier is also the reason smoking can and will damage and harm your sexual performance and health; especially male sexual performance.

Not only does it physically harm your ability to get a hard-on or one that is filled out as it should be; but it also reduces your stamina and even your very sex drive. You are killing yourself and your sexual health... and that's the cold and bitter truth. Speaking of "killing" in fact, don't forget; smoking also can kill sperm cells as well as the male body's ability to produce the right amount of semen. That means you are producing fewer soldiers... and even the ones who survive often don't have a ride home like they need... so they wait around until they die in the body.

For those of you who read this and try saying something like, "Oh, I've been smoking for so many years; it doesn't much matter at this point" or something like that... keep in mind that no matter how long you've been a smoker your body can heal itself if you quit. Obviously, if you develop lung cancer or COPD (breathing disorder) then those things aren't going to go away; though they are treatable nowadays. If you haven't developed anything that extreme or damaging; then your body will heal itself over time. In fact, after a year or so of quitting it will almost be as though you never smoked; your body would have healed itself back to non-smoker health. After that, the risk of other illnesses starts to continue to decrease too; as though you had never smoked too. I found a great site page that breaks down the timeline for you; though I believe it actually leads you to believe that the year mark and beyond are less healthy than they are... pretty accurate though. You can see it by clicking here; it opens in a new window.

All these reasons to quit and plus the ones that haven't been mentioned. You would smell better, feel better, and keep more money; just to name a few. Not sure about you, but I, for sure, will be quitting soon. In fact, if you follow me on Twitter you will know when I do, cause you can be sure I'll post a tweet or two about it. On both Twitter accounts to be honest.

Well, now you know more; though I'm aware that you already knew not to smoke or to quit smoking. These reasons alone are enough for me to want to quit smoking. Not to mention... the older you get, the worse the damage and dangers get. I'm still young (35 years old) but I'm well aware that I'm not getting any younger at all.

Until next post... follow me on Twitter as well as on here. Bye for now everyone :-)
